caranya
kamu bisa menambahkan fungsi tersebut di config kamu.
Buka config apa aja yang kamu mau buka dengan notepad, gw sih pilih size 64.
Search/Cari 'ImageMeter'
[ImageMeter]
Meter=Image
ImageName=64\Frame[ImageNumberCalc].png
DynamicVariables=1
Kemudian search 'DynamicVariables=1' and add this line under it
LeftMouseDownAction=!Execute ["C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe"]

Just a simple analog clock.
Unzip the file and copy to your rainmeter skins folder.
Move the clock over the orange gear wheel.
Sit back and enjoy.
If you're looking for the whole animated-gears-and-clock-rainmeter-skin, it didn't work. Rainmeter doesn't seem to want to update faster than once every second, which means that the movement of the gears can't be produced effectively.
EDIT: The config file is called "HUD arcs". This is because I edited that file to make this. I tried changing the name to "clock" but, when I did, rainmeter wouldn't load the skin.
